The Town of Minnesott Beach would like to remind everyone that the speed limit in residential areas is 25 mph.
With school out and summer weather upon us, there will be more traffic and more people will be outside.
Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep your speed within the posted limits.
And if you are having deliveries, tradespeople working on your property, or guests visiting,
please remind them about obeying the speed limits.  We want to keep everyone safe in Minnesott Beach!

PLEASE BE AWARE:  There are new traffic patterns on Phillips Drive and Hardison Drive
with 3-way stop signs at both intersections. 
 
 
2025 Town Tags are available at the Town Hall
Free to residents.
 
Please note the Guidelines for Garbage/Trash and Recycle collections
See the flyers under Information.
Garbage/Trash carts and Recycle bins will not be picked up if they contain unacceptable items.

Minnesott Beach plans to update our Welcome Signs. We are collecting entries for sign designs. Please share your artistic creativity by emailing your design to minnesottbeachnc.govoffice2.com or drop off at Town Hall. We look forward to your contribution!
  
 Reminder:  Dog owners are responsible for the actions of their pets.  Please pick up after your dog to help keep the town clean. This includes your neighbor's yard!    

 Zoning (Building) Permit Applications are required for all additions to/changes on/your property.
