2026 Town Tags are available at the Town Hall for all residents.


The Gatlin Creek Community Center will host the 4th Annual Classic Car and Truck Show on Saturday, April 11th from 9am-3pm at Pamlico Community College. Details under Information at left. 


Pamlico County has NEW Emergency/alert APP!!! 

This new app will be our new way of sending out alerts

and emergency events.

This app is user friendly, and you will be able to download on

ANY mobile device from your app store.

This alert system will replace our current system (CodeRED), so please sign up!!!

 The Town of Minnesott Beach would like to remind everyone that the speed limit in residential areas is 25 mph.

Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep your speed within the posted limits.
And if you are having deliveries, tradespeople working on your property, or guests visiting,
please remind them about obeying the speed limits.  We want to keep everyone safe in Minnesott Beach!

Garbage/Trash carts and Recycle bins will not be picked up if they contain unacceptable items.

 Reminder:  Dog owners are responsible for the actions of their pets.  Please pick up after your dog to help keep the town clean. This includes your neighbor's yard!    

 Zoning (Building) Permit Applications are required for all additions to/changes on/your property.
