sales data specific to your district and steps of the revaluation process.

Pamlico County has NEW Emergency/alert APP!!! 

This new app will be our new way of sending out alerts and emergency events. This app is user friendly, and you will be able to download on ANY mobile device from your app store. This alert system will replace our current system (CodeRED), so please sign up!!!

 The Town of Minnesott Beach would like to remind everyone that the speed limit in residential areas is 25 mph.

Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep your speed within the posted limits.
And if you are having deliveries, tradespeople working on your property, or guests visiting,
please remind them about obeying the speed limits.  We want to keep everyone safe in Minnesott Beach!

 Reminder:  Dog owners are responsible for the actions of their pets.  Please pick up after your dog to help keep the town clean. This includes your neighbor's yard!    

 Zoning (Building) Permit Applications are required for all additions to/changes on/your property.
